Ana Rodriguez, owner and founder of Diversity Consulting has over 20 years experience in all facets of Human Resources  such as Training,  Compensation, Organizational / Employee  Development, Staffing Management, Employee Relations and Recognition Event Planning.

Ana is a native from Mexico and has experience working  for multinational and local companies such as DuPont-Pioneer, Lucent Technologies, Flextronics and Celestica. 

Ana holds a Masters of  Business Administration with specialization in Human Resources from Drake University. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources & Business Administration from Panamericana University and earned a Specialty in Human Capital  Direction from the same university.
